Welcome to my blog. For years now, I've been physically fit. I'm a runner, I regularly strength train, I lead an active life. But for all these years, I've virtually ignored my diet, leaving me fairly fat.
It's time for that to change.
Here, I'll be posting photos of all of my meals and snacks throughout the day (and recipes for the really yummy ones!) I'll also be logging all of my workouts and cardio. I'm putting it all out there, for the "world" to see. Even if only one or two people ever read this (or even if I'm the only one), I know that as of right now, I'm accountable. If you ask me, that's one of the most important components of being fit and healthy. Be accountable to yourself, and to your friends and family and those who care about your health.
So, in a nutshell, that's what this is all about. I'll be sharing my favorite healthy recipes, the workouts that work for me, and other health and fitness tips I come across along the way. Enjoy!
